As the name suggests, an air preheater heats air for some other process thus improving the thermal efficiency of the process and thus offering cost savings. A typical use case is a combustion airpreheater in a boiler. The purpose of the air preheater is to recover the heat from the boiler flue gas which increases the thermal efficiency of the boiler by reducing the useful heat lost in the flue gas.

A suitable configuration is calculated for each case based on process data provided by the customer.  The Air Preheaters have a flexible and highly durable structure. This means less maintenance brakes and down-time. The product is made from steel, or from stainless or acid resistant steel.
